Admission requirements – foreign candidates

To apply for the Executive MBA Program you should:

  1. Register in enrolment system
  2. Upload photo (3,5 x 4,5 cm, passport type)
  3. Fill in the form with data, choose the Executive MBA Program.
  4. Pay recruitment fee (85 PLN).
  5. Send a scan of the required documents to the following address: mba@ue.wroc.pl. Due to the epidemic situation regarding COVID-19, please do not submit the original documents to the University. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible about the possibility of providing the original documents.
  6. Pass enrolment interview. Check frequently status of your application in the enrolment system. Candidates, who gained in test enough score of points to be enrolled, will be informed about it with an announcement in the enrolment system account.

  • 8. Valid medical certificate with confirmation that candidate is allowed to study
  • it's sworn translation into Polish - or medical certificate issued by Polish doctor.
  • 9. Master's diploma or bachelor's diploma with sworn translation into Polish
  • The diploma should be filed along with a legalization (http://www.msz.gov.pl/en/travel_to_poland/polands_missions_abroad/polish_missions_abroad ) issued by Polish Embassy or with the apostille.
  • 10. Supplement, i.e. transcript of student's grades which includes information on credited or not credited subjects and on the grades he received during the didactic process – original document and photocopy.
  • The scale for the grades the student could receive at the higher education institution. Documents with sworn translation into Polish.
  • 11. The certificate confirming that the candidate's master's diploma or bachelor's diploma allows him/her to take up higher education studies at all types of higher education institutions in the country in which the graduation certificate of education was issued.
  • Such certificate may be issued by the equivalent of Ministry of Education (“Ministerstwo Oświaty”) in a given country (in that case this document should be translated into Polish by a sworn translator).

  • 13. Documented at least three years managerial experience
The diploma should be filed along with a legalization (http://www.msz.gov.pl/en/travel_to_poland/polands_missions_abroad/polish_missions_abroad) issued by Polish Embassy or with the apostille. Legalization is required from candidates whose country is not on the above list concerning apostille (according to The 5 October 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents). Legalization may be issued by the embassy of the Republic of Poland in a given country. International Baccalaureat and European Baccalaureat – do not need legalization or apostille. (WARNING: Legalization and apostille are required even if a given country signed an agreement lifting the necessity of an official recognition of foreign certificates and diplomas from a given country.)
